Our bigeye tuna, is single line caught and super frozen within two hours of catch. That makes it fresher than fresh!

We are more than just sushi, we offer full programs in Asian cuisine, desserts, beverages and offer so many ways to partner with you.

❖ Chef-On-Site We give you dedicated company chef(s) to manage your on-site sushi kiosk. Company chefs who are well paid, with benefits fill your cases as opposed to the uncertainty of franchise chefs.

❖ Direct Service Delivery (Southern California and select locations).
Perfect for locations who don’t have space for a Chef-On Site.

Consignment – We take back the leftovers
Shared Growth – We share in the leftovers with you
Wholesale – You keep the leftovers

This program is a sliding scale with generous %’s depending on your level of risk!
